Early Times Report SAMBA, Apr 1: The diligent efforts of Samba Police have led to the resolution of a theft case reported at Police Station Ramgarh, resulting in the arrest of two perpetrators and the recovery of stolen items. On January 30, 2024, Joginder Singh, along with three others from village Gho Rakwalan, tehsil Ramgarh, district Samba, filed a written complaint at Police Station Ramgarh regarding the theft of water pumps from their agricultural fields. Acting promptly upon the complaint, a case under FIR No. 10/2024 U/S 379 IPC was registered at Police Station Ramgarh, and an investigation was initiated. Subsequently, through meticulous investigation, the police successfully apprehended two suspects identified as Rahul Kundan, son of Jagdutt, resident of Kothey Maley, Arnia, district Jammu, and Jatin Basin, also known as Shubi, son of Rattan Lal, resident of Rathane, tehsil R.S Pura, district Jammu. Following their apprehension, the stolen items, comprising four water pumps, were recovered based on information provided by the accused. The investigation into the case remains ongoing as Samba Police continues its efforts to bring the culprits to justice and ensure the swift resolution of the matter.
