Early Times Report
BANIHAL, Apr 5: Senior BJP leader, Gulam Ali Khatana has said that the people of Kathua-Udhampur-Doda-Ramban-Kishtwar Parliamentary Constituency should vote for BJP candidate Dr. Jatindra Singh on April 19, 2024 so that he may win with a thumping majority to strengthen the hands of PM Modi for more developments in the hilly Constituency.
Addressing a gathering during series of meetings in Banihal area on Friday, Khatana said that gone are the days when Muslims considered Congress, National Conference (NC) and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as their well-wishers as these political outfits have now been exposed beyond the limits for the miseries they brought to Muslims during their rule.
"Not only Muslims but people from other sections of the society are now bearing the fruits of developments and public-friendly policies of PM Modi led government and these people will now show their loyalty to the PM Modi by voting in favour of BJP in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections," the BJP leader said.
He said that the first time voters are now well aware about the schemes like start-up etc which are meant for uplifting the youth and they will vote for positive developments that have taken place in J&K during the last 10 years of PM Modi led government.
"Congress, NC and PDP inflicted deep wounds to soul of J&K in the guise of Article 370 and 35-A and these parties divided the public on regional and religious lines," the firebrand leader of BJP said adding: "All these Abdullahs, Muftis and Gandhis are responsible for the mess, killings, poverty, unemployment, terrorism to which J&K was pushed in."
The Rajya Sabha MP said that all these miseries of previous regimes were undone by PM Modi during his rule of last 10 years.
"After the abrogation of Article 370 and 35-A, NC and PDP were decimated while the Congress ran for all helps to save its sinking ship," he further said.
Khatana said that after losing Amethi, the tall Congress leader, Rahul Gandhi has now taken refuge in Waynard to remain alive in politics.
"The shameless Congress even not hesitated to seek help from countries like China to defeat PM Modi but the international reputation of a strong leader helped PM Modi and India to emerge as a world power," he said.
The BJP leader also said that in upcoming Lok Sabha elections BJP will surely win all the five Parliamentary seats from J&K and the one from Ladakh with a thumping majority so that the Party may get over 400 seats from across the country to pave an easy way for PM Modi for the third consecutive term to helm the affairs of the country for more progress.
He said that people of India will never allow Congress to befool them again for power and the grand old party of the country will face a debacle in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections and same will be the fate of NC and PDP in J&K.
