| Awareness Programme on Vctim Compensation held by Women’s Police in collaboration with legal Aid Authority | | |

Jammu, Apr 7: Under the ageis and abled guidance of chairman District Legal Aid Authority and Dy.SP Hqrs Jammu, an awareness programme on Victim Compensation scheme was conducted on 06.04.2024 at Women’s Police Station Gandhi Nagar in which lawyers,general public and police officials also participated.
The panel lawyer Deepali Arora was the resource person who deliberated upon the Central Victim Fund Scheme and made awareness about features of Scheme of Nalsa Victim Compensation under which Women And Children are entitled based on their category and eligibility under Scheme in Acid attack and Sexual Assault Cases.
People hv appreciated the efforts of Jammu Police in conducting such programmes for public awareness. |
