While disposing off an application by complainant Ajay Kumar of Rajouri through Advocate Shivam Gupta and Advocate Raghav Sawhney, Special Mobile Magistrate Passenger Tax Jammu Munish K Manhas observed that the Crime Branch, in its inquiry, has also submitted that Mohd Qasim Mir manipulated/inserted/forged documents but no FIR was registered against the accused till date.
