Public rally security advisory issued for Battal Ballian, Udhampur

Udhampur, Apr 10: In anticipation of the upcoming public rally scheduled for April 12, 2024, in Battal Ballian, Udhampur, authorities have issued a comprehensive security advisory for the general public intending to participate. With the overarching theme of “Your Security is Our Concern” and “Safety Starts with Awareness, Awareness Starts with You,” the advisory aims to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees.
Dos:
• Entry for the general public will be facilitated from the Battal Ballian Chowk Udhampur side.
• Attendees are urged to arrive on time to ensure smooth entry before the commencement of the program, with entry inside the venue expected to be completed by 10 AM.
• Valid identification proof such as Aadhar card, Election card, Pan Card, or any other government-issued ID must be carried by all participants.
• Cooperation during security checks and frisking procedures is essential, with attendees encouraged to queue up for efficient processing.
• Vehicles should be parked in designated parking slots identified by Civil Administration and Traffic Police.
Attention for Media Persons:
• Accredited media personnel intending to cover the event are advised to assemble at DPL Udhampur at 8 AM for transportation to the venue.
Don’ts:
• Attendees are strictly prohibited from carrying bags, tiffin boxes, eatables, water bottles, cameras, weapons, ammunition, sharp-edged articles, inflammable materials, cigarettes, matchboxes, lighters, umbrellas, objectionable flags, or any electronic gadgets.
• Mobile phones must be either switched off or set to silent mode during the event.
