Baba Badbhaag Singh Jatha leaves from Jammu

Jammu, Apr 12: On the occasion of Baisakhi festival, a group of thousands of devotees left from Jammu today to visit the Holy place of Dera Baba Badbhag Singh Ji, a famous religious place located in Mandi of Una district of Himachal.
Shiv Sena (UBT) Jammu-Kashmir unit chief Manish Sahni flagged off the yatra with a saffron flag. Sahni said that every year on the occasion of Baisakhi, a three-day annual fair is organized at the Dera Baba Badbhag Singh Holy place located at Mandi in Una, Himachal.
Today, a group of about 3000 devotees left in about 60 buses from the Dera Baba Badbhag Singh place located at Mishriwala in Jammu for the Holy place of Dera Baba Badbhag Singh located in Una, Himachal.
There is a two hundred year old Gurudwara Sahib at this Holy place, Baba Banda Bahadur Singh had performed penance sitting under a banyan tree at this place. Baba Banda Bahadur Singh's weapons are also kept inside the Gurudwara, which were used to defeat the enemies during the war.
Sahni said that just by visiting this Holy place, mentally ill people and those trapped in the clutches of evil spirits become healthy and childless people get the blessing of having children.
On this occasion President mehila wing Meenakshi Chhibber, Gen Secretary Vikas Bakshi, Baba Lakhdeep Singh, Baba Gopal Singh, Balwant Singh, Subedhar Bhola Nath were present.
