JAMMU, MARCH 05 – According to a Notification issued by the Law Department, today Agha Syed Ahmad and Narboo Gialchan have been elected from Kargil and Leh to fill the seats in the Legislative Council from Kargil and Leh tehsils which shall fall vacant on March 9, 2009
