4/19/2024 10:33:48 PM
Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 19: National social group (NSG Trust) organize cloth distribution camps in slums, orphanages and old age houses. We as an organization strongly feel about destitute and for us nobody should suffer the lack of clothes. As we are born, weather is sensitive for everyone, every body feels heat, cold and rain.So just because they are poor we don't want they should suffer- because for us all human life is sacred. These camps are very often and have its own importance. Recent camps were organized in the slums of Channi Himmat near Railway Phatak
Many more such camps are in pipeline. NSG Trust is working for the welfare of society since the last few years. We have various welfare programs like book donation, drug awareness camp etc.To give an underprivileged person a pair of clothes is as good as dressing him with self-respect. With this objective we distribute usable clothes and garments to the poorest of the poor children, women and men of all ages. In order to reach out to more poor and needy people, we distribute these garments. They in turn distribute the garments to individual beneficiaries. All care is taken to provide timely help to the beneficiaries e.g. woolens & sweaters in winter and cotton in summer.. Abhishek Padha (Founder and chairman) representative maintains a consistent follow-up and when necessary, personally attends to the distribution. The concerned organization then submits a certificate. acknowledging the distribution of clothes along with the list of the beneficiaries and a few photographs.
