Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 19: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken bold steps during his last two regimes to pave the way for a new era of transparent governance and inclusive development in Jammu & Kashmir by putting an end to decade-long dynastic politics.
This was stated by Sham Lal Langer, Convenor BJP Trade Cell, J&K in a statement issued here today.
The senior BJP leader said that dynastic politics has long been a barrier to progress and equitable representation in J&K. However, with the unwavering commitment of PM Modi by repealing the Article 370 from J&K, this entrenched system is now a relic of the past. He emphasized that the BJP's resolute stance against dynastic politics reflects its dedication to fostering democracy and meritocracy in the region.
"PM Modi's vision for Jammu & Kashmir transcends mere political rhetoric; it embodies a holistic approach to socio-economic development. By prioritizing the welfare of every citizen and ensuring equitable opportunities for all, PM Modi's government is laying the foundation for a prosperous and harmonious J&K," he added.
Sham Lal Langer reaffirmed the BJP's pledge to continue working tirelessly towards the advancement of Jammu & Kashmir. He emphasized that the BJP Trade Cell stands as a steadfast advocate for the interests of traders, entrepreneurs, and all stakeholders in the region. Through collaborative efforts and constructive dialogue, the BJP aimed to contribute meaningfully to J&K's journey towards prosperity and progress, he said.
As Jammu & Kashmir enters a new chapter of its history, Sham Lal Langer extended his gratitude to PM Modi and the BJP leadership for their unwavering commitment to the region's development. He urged all stakeholders to join hands in realizing the immense potential of J&K and building a future that is defined by unity, prosperity, and inclusivity.
He appealed to the people of Jammu and Kashmir to extend full support to the BJP candidates in the ensuing Lok Sabha polls with an aim to continue the spree of development in the Union Territory.
