Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 21: In a bid to ramp up direct people contact, BJP J&K General Secretary and former MLC Vibodh Gupta led a day-long extensive door-to-door election campaign in Nanak Nagar, Digana, and Janipur in support of BJP's candidate Jugal Kishore Sharma from the Jammu-Reasi parliamentary seat. During the door-to-door campaign, the BJP leader popularized the achievements of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, especially in the Union Territory of J&K. While addressing the gathering,
Vibodh Gupta said that the NDA government, under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi, has fast-tracked economic growth, strengthened rural infrastructure, and launched schemes for the empowerment of all in Jammu and Kashmir. He maintained that the INDI alliance is a regrouping of the same political parties that were accused of perpetrating scam after scam and had been voted out by the people in 2014 and 2019. Stating that India is lucky to have Narendra Modi as Prime Minister, who is close to the heart of the masses, Vibodh said that by voting for BJP in parliamentary elections, people would not just elect a government but also actively participate and contribute to Modi vision of a Viksit Vishwa Guru Bharat.
Vibodh strongly asserted that Modi Ji had done away with the Congress culture of "appeasement and caste polarization" and ushered in transformative "politics of development, performance, accountability, and reforms." He affirmed that people are determined to give Prime Minister Narendra Modi a third term to reinforce their role in combating corruption and dynastic politics.
Former MLC Charanjeet Singh Khalsa stated that every segment of society has experienced significant relief under the Modi Government, as their longstanding genuine demands were met. He emphasized the Modi Government's commitment to its vision of "Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, and Sabka Prayas," attributing this progress to the abrogation of Article 370, which had hindered the progressive development of Jammu and Kashmir. Mandal president Bharat Bhushan praised the Modi government for not only promising but also delivering good governance, development, and transparency at the grassroots level. He urged the people to overwhelmingly support the BJP, which stood for the development and empowerment of all sections of society in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
