| 16 Bangladeshis arrested | | |
Jammu, September 21: Sixteen Bangladeshi nationals were arrested by Border Security Force near the International border in Samba sector while they were trying to cross over to Pakistan.
Alert BSF troops noticed the Bangladeshis moving towards IB near Sangral border outpost last evening, officials said today, adding they were immediately taken into custody.
Preliminary questioning revealed that they were trying to cross over to Pakistan.
After interrogation, they will be handed over to the police, officials said.
