Foreseeing devastation frustrated Cong leaders stooped low by sharing HM Shah’s fake videos: Kavinder
Rahul addressing rallies with vacant chairs, no takers

Early Times Report

JAMMU, Apr 30: Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta on Tuesday hit out at Congress leadership for stooping to a new low by sharing doctored videos of Home Minister, Amit Shah to consolidate its dwindling position in the places going for the polls in the upcoming phases.
In a statement issued to media persons, BJP stalwart leader from J&K said that after losing the ground, the Congress has started adopting cheap tactics to misguide the people by taking refuge in deep fake world. He said that the morphed video of HM Amit Shah shared by many Congress leaders has showcased the level of desperation and frustration prevailing among the Congress leaders as they have assessed their position on ground and anticipating the worst ever defeat at the hands of BJP. He said that the so-called star campaigner of Congress party Rahul Gandhi has to face embarrassment on various occasions after addressing party’s rallies with vacant chairs and with no takers at all.
Kavinder said that Congress being the grand old party should refrain from relying on such cheap tactics by making viral the fake videos because this is not only wrong ethically but is also illegal, having the potential to entangle many of the leaders into litigations and other legal complications.
He said that today the Congress party has turned a frustrated lot and that is the reason behind its leaders and supporters finding ways by hook or crook to downsize the Bharatiya Janata Party, which in actual is next to impossible because people have become educated and know well the old tactics of the oldest party of the country. He said that countrymen should not get swayed by such mechanizations by the Congress party as their only goal should be to ensure victory of PM Narendra Modi with thumping majority viz ‘Abki Baar 400 Par’. Meanwhile, Kavinder Gupta also met several deputations here today and listened to their issues related to basic amenities. He assured to resolve their issues by taking up with the concerned authorities.
