Srinagar: Normal life remained crippled in many parts of the Srinagar city for the second consecutive day Sunday due to the imposition of undeclared curfew following the death of a youth in CRPF firing on Friday. Hundreds of Troops and policemen were deployed in the old city areas of Nowhatta, Gojwara, Khwaja Bazar and Ranger stop where troops and policemen enforced strict curfew and barred people from moving out of their houses. At Nowhatta and Khanyar, troops enforced strict restrictions and did not allow transport to ply on the routes leading to the old city areas.
