JAMMU, May 9: The 27th Annual Jagran of Maa Bhagwati, a significant religious and cultural event, organized by the Mandir Maa Vaishno Devi Committee at the Maa Vaishno Devi Mandir in Bhagwati Nagar.
Lucky Baba, the Mahant of the Maa Vaishno Devi Mandir, oversaw the organization of the Jagran.
The event commenced with special Pooja and Hawan, followed by the Bhandara, which saw the participation of a large number of devotees. In the evening, the Jagran of Maa Bhagwati took place, during which devotees sang hymns praising the religious significance of Maa Bhagwati.
Devotees in a large number participated in the lighting of the Holy lit of Maa Bhagwati to inaugurate the Annual Jagran. The atmosphere during the Jagran was filled with devotion, and devotees offered special prayers for the peace and harmony of the state.
Mahant Lucky Baba contributed to the spiritual atmosphere by reciting Bhajans of Vaishno Mata. In his statement to the media, Lucky Baba emphasized that the annual Jagran of Maa Bhagwati is organized with the aim of promoting peace, communal harmony, brotherhood, unity, and tranquility.
He highlighted the importance of the Jagran for the well-being of humanity and fostering mutual coexistence among communities.
