KATHUA, May 10: DPS Kathua marked Mother's Day with heartfelt celebrations, featuring a special assembly and a range of engaging activities to honor mothers and motherhood. The day commenced with a vibrant assembly, where students showcased their talents and appreciation for mothers through a captivating play dedicated to Mother's Day. Following the play, various class activities were organized, including paper flower making and crown crafting, allowing students to express their love and gratitude for their mothers in creative ways.
In addition, the junior wing of the school participated in a poetry activity, composing heartfelt poems dedicated to their mothers.
Principal Vivek Arora expressed his admiration for the students' efforts and commended the teachers for their guidance and support in organizing the event. He extended warm wishes to all mothers, conveying a message of appreciation for their unconditional love and sacrifices.
