| Vishwa Bharati celebrates Mother's Day | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, May 10: As mother's day is falling on Sunday 12th of May 2024, Vishwa Bharati Higher Secondary School celebrated it on 10th of May 2024 with extreme maternal feeling and bonding. A special morning assembly was organised in which students delivered speeches and recited poems in the honour of all mothers.
A lavish programme was organised in special morning assembly in which students presented beautiful song and dance items dedicated to mothers. They expressed their love and respect for their mothers through emotional songs and sentimental poems. The songs "Meri Maa Pass Bulati Hai" and "Tu Kitni Achi Hai" created an emotional upsurge of motherly love and affection.
On this particular occasion some classroom activities were also conducted in which students from class 3rd to 8th participated and made beautiful cards, photo frames, necklaces and bracelets, flower bouquets and vase making reflecting mother's love and blessings. School Principal Mrs. Annapurna Koul in her address wished Happy Mother's Day to students and advised them to make it special for their mother by giving them love and respect. She asserted that giving love and respect to mother is the worship of God. Those who keep their mother happy, God showers His blessings on them. |
