Early Times Report
RAMBAN, May 10: The Jammu Kashmir Police successfully reunited misguided children with their families in district Ramban. These heartwarming stories unfolded, demonstrating the resilience of communities and the dedication of the J&K Police in ensuring the safety of our children. In the first instance, three school students from Dooru, Anantnag, named Saqib Hussain, Owais Rayez, and Sarwar Javid, embarked on an unintended journey when they boarded a train instead of heading to school. Their unexpected adventure led them to Sangaldhan, where they were found by the vigilant Police team of Sangaldan. After completing all necessary formalities meticulously, these young children were safely reunited with their families.
Similarly, in another touching incident, a young boy named Maroof Sharief, approximately 9/10 years old and hailing from Chachwa, Tehsil Gool, India, found himself inadvertently separated from his family while traveling from Ramban to Batote in a matador vehicle. The driver of the matador informed police authorities about the lost boy, prompting swift action from the Batote Police station team. After gathering complete information about his whereabouts, the police team ensured the safe return of the young child to his relieved family.
Throughout these events, the Ramban Police played a pivotal role in facilitating the reunification process. The Misguided Children were reunited with their families by a police team of PolicePost Sangaldan headed by I/C PP Sangaldan and Police team of Police station Batote headed by SHO Batote.
