GDC Purmandal Bids Farewell to Final Semester Students

Jammu, May 17: Government Degree College (GDC) Purmandal organized a heartfelt farewell party for the outgoing 6th-semester students. The event, held on the college premises, was graced by the presence of the esteemed Principal, Prof. (Dr.) Raj Shree Dhar, who served as the chief guest. Faculty members also attended, adding to the event’s significance.
The farewell commenced with a warm and inspiring welcome address by Prof. (Dr.) Raj Shree Dhar. In her speech, she extended her blessings and best wishes to the students, encouraging them to pursue a prosperous future.
The address set the tone for an afternoon brimming with inspiration and entertainment.
Students of B.A. Semester 4 showcased a series of colorful programs, including titles and games, adding vibrancy to the occasion. The outgoing students took the opportunity to reminisce about their journey at GDC Purmandal, expressing heartfelt gratitude for the education, personality development, and grooming they received, which prepared them to face life’s challenges.
A highlight of the event was the announcement of Mr. Mandeep Singh and Ms. Rashmi as Mr. and Ms. GDC Purmandal for the session 2023-24, a moment that was met with enthusiastic applause.
The farewell party not only celebrated the academic achievements of the students but also highlighted the strong bonds and cherished memories formed during their time at GDC Purmandal.
