| Tax Bar Association Jammu elects new office bearers | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, May 18: The Tax Bar Association Jammu held its elections for the term 2024-26 today at the Excise and Taxation Complex, Panama Chowk. The election process was overseen by Election Officer Advocate Pawan Sharma, with the assistance of Advocate Nitin Sharma and Advocate Bharat Kashyap.
Out of ten candidates who had filed nominations for various posts, five candidates later withdrew their names. The remaining candidates were declared winners unopposed by the Election Officer. The newly elected office bearers are:
President: Advocate Vikas Chopra
Senior Vice President: Advocate Rajinder Kumar Sharma
Vice President: Advocate Bageshwar Khajuria
General Secretary: Advocate Gourav Arora
Joint Secretary-cum-Treasurer: Advocate Ujwal Gupta
Celebrating the New Leadership
Members of the Tax Bar Association honored the newly elected team, expressing their confidence in the leadership's ability to work for the betterment and upliftment of the association and in the best interests of tax professionals.
