JAMMU, May 21: GLDM GDC Hiranagar enters into a collaboration/association with FICCI FLO, the women's wing of Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry for skilling and entrepreneurship promotion as regular activity in the College to undertake collaborative efforts towards women empowerment. FICCI FLO, Jammu,Kashmir and Ladakh chapter is represented by its chairperson, Ms Ruchika Gupta and young women affinity group. The said association contributes by conducting events and activities related to the promotion of women entrepreneurs, women issues, conduct special programmes and training workshops for women on relevant themes and needs.
Dr Pragya Khanna, Principal of the College appreciated the efforts of FICCI FLO, and both the parties congratulated each other and promised to look forward for constructive outcome in near future. It was an initiative for focused attempt at delivering for student welfare in tune with NEP 2020 and an essential component of strategic planning towards improving specific skills having positive impact on academic success.
