JAMMU, May 23: Yogananda College of Engineering & Technology (YCET) held a placement drive for BAJAJ MOTORS, The INDURE Pvt. Ltd, and AAPAI Technologies Limited for the students of YCET.
BAJAJ MOTORS is an Indian multinational automotive manufacturing company based in Pune. It manufactures motorcycles, scooters and auto rickshaws. Bajaj Auto is a part of the Bajaj Group. It was founded by Jamnalal Bajaj (1889-1942) in Rajasthan in the 1940s. Bajaj Auto is the world's third-largest manufacturer of motorcycles and the second-largest in India. It is the world's largest three-wheeler manufacturer. In December 2020, Bajaj Auto crossed a market capitalization of Rs 1 trillion (US$13 billion), making it the world's most valuable two-wheeler company.
The Indure Pvt. Ltd., an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company, was founded by late Mr. O.P Gupta in 1970. In 1970, INDURE took up the challenge to supply Ash Handling equipment and has, over the years, mastered the complexities of handling large quantities of highly abrasive ash and has emerged as a market leader. It has now executed more than 250 ash handling installations totaling to over 90,000 MW of thermal power plant capacity in almost all the States of India and other countries such as Australia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, UAE, Zimbabwe, etc.
