Nidhi Aapke Nikat to be held simultaneously at 2 venues across J&K and Ladakh

JAMMU, May 24: EPFO Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, will be holding Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0, an awareness and outreach program at Army Public School, Akhnoor, Jammu; and New Millennium Children School Dambuchan, Leh; on 27th May 2024, simultaneously. Employers and employees of aforementioned areas would be sensitized about provisions of social security, besides covering themes of Filing Grievance & Fraud Prevention - how to file grievance on EPFiGMS, other grievance filing provisions e.g. CPGRAMS, other portals; education on Digital Services (UMANG, Digi Locker etc.); awareness and fraud prevention; and rights of employees in respect of employers. The aim of the program is to ensure broad based participation, awareness, grievances redressal and information exchange network closer to the stakeholders of EPFO.
The P. F. Commissioner, Rizwan Uddin, informed that subscribers, pensioners, establishments, employees' representatives, and industrial chambers are advised to actively participate in Nidhi Aapke Nikat Program. The programme at Jammu and Leh would be addressed by the District Nodal Officers Devendra Singh, AO and Sandeep Kumar, SS respectively.
The venue of the program will be as following:
District Jammu, Date & Time 27.05.2024 (One hour duration from 10:00 AM onwards) and Venue Army Public School Akhnoor.
District Leh, Date & Time 27.05.2024 (One hour duration from 10:30 AM onwards), Venue Auditorium Hall, New Millennium Children School, Dambuchan.
EPFO ,Jammu takes this opportunity to provide handholding support to the stakeholders at the respective venues, besides hearing them (their suggestions, inputs, and grievances). Issues and problems faced by the Organizations in implementing the EPF & MP Act. 1952 will be heard and necessary actions would be taken accordingly. Enrollment of the members, UAN Activation, Bank & Aadhaar Seeding, online claim filing, filing of e-nominations, e-sign, filing ECR would be covered in the program. In addition to above any other relevant issue related to EPFO, which officers or stakeholders desire, would be discussed.
Services and benefits of "Social Security"-Employees' Pension Scheme, 1995 and enhanced quantum (up to Rupees Seven Lakhs) of Employees' Deposit Linked Insurance Schemes, 1976 are being rendered to employees of Union territory of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh with effect from November 2019 onwards. EPFO, Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh is open to every valuable suggestion at the Nidhi Aapke Nikat programme.
