NEW DELHI, May 24: The public is hereby notified that Delhi P.R.S. (Passenger Reservation System) services will undergo temporary closure for maintenance activities.
Closure Period: From 11:45 PM on 25th May 2024 to 01:15 AM on 26th May 2024
Affected Services:
Reservation Services, Cancellation Services, Charting Services, PRS Enquiry (both on counters and through 139), Internet Booking and EDR Services
Reason for Closure: Due to static and dynamic database compression activity.
During this period, all mentioned services will be unavailable for approximately 1.30 hours. Passengers are advised to plan their bookings and inquiries accordingly to avoid inconvenience.
