JAMMU, May 25: As Poetry is the most beautiful, impressive and widely effective mode of saying things, the students of SPPND GDC, Samba enthusiastically participated in Poetry Recitation session in the newly opened Gyan Vatika Club. They came up with different poems on varied themes and recited them with great fondness and zeal. The students enjoyed the perfection of expression, thoughts, emotions, rhythm and music of words. The young poets namely Suhani, Amit, Lakshmi, Sonia, Aditya and Ravinder enthralled the audience with their articulation and memory skills while reciting poems in Hindi, Dogri and English.
Prof. (Dr.) Twinkle Suri, Principal of the college congratulated the students for such lovely performance and exhorted that the main motive of this activity is to enhance the public speaking skills of young minds and develop poetic fervor. This event provided a platform for emerging poets to showcase their talent and celebrate the beauty of expression in various languages. |
