| Police solves theft case, arrested 2 accused, recovered stolen bike | | |  Early Times Report
SAMBA, May 25: Police has solved a theft case registered at Police Station Bari Brahmana, arrested two accused persons and recovered stolen bike from their possession.
On 23.05.2024, a written report was lodged at Police Station Bari Brahmana by one Sunil Kumar S/o Balraj R/o Dera, Smailpur, Bari Brahmana regarding theft of his motorcycle bearing registration No. JK21/9153.
Acting over the complaint, a case FIR No. 63/2024 U/S 379/411 IPC has been registered at Police Station Bari Brahmana and investigation started to work out the said theft case. During the course of investigation, police has arrested two accused who upon sustained questioning confessed their involvement in the instant case.
The arrested accused have been identified as Rajan Yadav S/o Subash Yadav R/o Maharajpur, tehsil and district Dabriya (UP) A/P Telli Basti, Bari Brahmana and Wasim Akram S/o Iqbal Hussain R/o Sandi, tehsil and district Jammu. Further on their disclosure, stolen bike has been recovered.
Further investigation into the case is going on. |
