Jammu, Mar 10- Pradesh Janata Dal (United) in its one day convention at Sei RS Pura and presided over by the national general secretary Javed Raza discussed the organizational matters.On this occasion the party elected S.Inder Mohinder Tar Singh as state president. He was authorized by the party high command to constitute the state committee of his own.The newly elected President while addressing the convention thanked the members for giving him an opportunity to serve the JD(U) and assured that he will do his best to come to the expectations of the party workers and work hard to strengthen the party at grass roots level.Javed Raina national general secretary and incharge Jammu and Kashmir urged the people of the state to make JDU candidates victorious in the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections. He elaborated on the achievements of the party that has given five Prime Minister to the country and waived off loans up to Rs.50, 000 to the farmers and traders of Jammu and Kashmir during the regime of Janata Dal. On this occasion S.Hari Singh who unsuccessfully contested assembly election as an independent from Suchetgarh constituency joined the party along with hundreds of supporters. Among others who addressed the convention included SP Mangotra, Mohammed Shafi, Sanjeev Gupta, Vijay Kumar, Gulzar Ahmed, Gulam Deoi, Parshotam Chand, Ashraf Ali, Nagina Akhtar, Jabar Singh and Amit Gandotra.
