 Early Times Report
JAMMU, May 29: 29nd of May, 2024. It was organized by Dr. Rupalee Jasrotia, NSS P.O. under the able guidance of Dr. Sangeeta Sudan, Principal of the College. The programme was initiated by lamp lightning ceremony by the dignitaries. The expert of the Orientation was Dr. Jogbindar Singh Soodan, Physical Director of the College. Dr. Soodan not only shared his expertise on the topic "Role of Youth in Policing India" but also shared his personal experiences as an NSS Volunteer during his College days. Moreover, he also spoke in detail about the motto, logo, aims and objectives of National Service Scheme (NSS).
The aim of the Orientation Programme was to enlighten NSS Volunteers not only with knowledge and information but also to empower them with skills required for making a prosperous society. The faculty members who were present in the Programme were Dr. Sudesh, Nisha, Dr. Sapna, Dr. Anil, Dr. Hilal, Dr. Suman and Dr. Nishu. The formal Vote of Thanks was given by Dr. Rupalee Jasrotia, NSS P.O. Refreshment was given to all the volunteers. |
