One day workshop cum awareness programme on NEP 2020 held

RAMBAN, May 30: Government Degree College Ramban today organized a workshop cum awareness programme at Government Higher Secondary School Kanthi, aimed at enlightening students about the admission procedure for undergraduate courses under the New Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The event featured a panel of esteemed resource persons, including Dr. Romesh Chander, Prof. Rabinder Kumar, Prof. Ram Parkash, and Prof. Arjun Gupta.
These experts engaged with students from 11th and 12th classes, providing valuable insights into the NEP 2020 admission process. Through interactive sessions and presentations, the resource persons covered crucial aspects of the admission procedure, empowering students to make informed decisions about their academic future. Earlier, Principal of Government Higher Secondary School, Anil Kumar Soni, warmly welcomed all the resource persons and appreciated their efforts in guiding the students.
The students were highly receptive and showed keen interest in the discussions. Finally, the workshop ended with a formal vote of thanks by Anchal Singh, a teacher at Government Higher Secondary School Kanthi, who expressed gratitude to the resource persons, organizers, and participants for making the event a success. This initiative by Govt Degree College Ramban demonstrates its commitment to guiding students and preparing them for the challenges and opportunities presented by the NEP 2020.
