JAMMU, MARCH 12 -In order to carryout the thickening of conductor of 33 KV G-6 Line emanating from 220/120/33 KV Grid Station Gladni, the power supply to Malik Market, Channi Himmat, MES Sunjwan, Sainik Colony, Chowadi, Channi Rama and its adjoining areas shall remain affected on March 15, 2009 from 9 a. m to 4 p. m.
Similarly, in order to carry out the preventive maintenance of 132 KV Hiranagar-Gladni Transmission Line, the power supply to Bari-Brahamana, Hiranagar, Gladni, Samba, Vijaypur, Jakh, Sarore and its adjoining areas shall also remain affected on March 15, 2009 from 0800 hours to 1100 hours.
The PHE, MES installations and other essential loads shall remain affected during the shutdown period.
The shut down is subject to fair weather conditions.
