Religious procession on Eid-Milad-Un-Nabi

Jammu, Mar 12- On the eve of Eid Milad-Un-Nabi, a religious procession was taken out from Sarwal Chowk via Talli Morh and after passing through Sultan Pura Janipura Chowk culminated at Eidgah Janipur.
Hundreds of people joined the procession that not only included Muslims, but had Hindus, Sikhs and Christians also joining the celebrations presenting a supreme show of brotherhood and love among the people of Jammu.
Soofi Ulemas delivered speeches on the life of Prophet Hazrat Mohammad and highlighted his teachings of universal love and brotherhood.
Speaking on the occasion Peer Mohammad Farooq Chesti renowned Sufi saint Peer Mohammad, the Gadi Nasheen of Ziarat of Zerhama in Kupwara Kashmir extended blessings to all present on the occasion and advised them to strengthen communal harmony to ensure eternal peace and love in the world.
