| GDC organizes online quiz on Cyber Security | | | Early Times Report
THANNAMANDI, June 5: The Department of Computer Science, Government Degree College Thannamandi organised an online quiz on cyber security awareness based on the theme "Cyber Crimes and Safety" under the patron ship of the Principal of the college, Prof. Dr. Farooq Ahmed. The competition was one of the series of monthly events organized in the Institution under the programme "Cyber Jagrukta Awareness Diwas" a program by the Ministry of Home Affairs and Higher Education Department J&K for implementing the scheme called "Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C)". Prof Supriya Gupta, HOD Computer Science and Nodal officer Cyber Jagrukta awareness programme of the college organized the quiz to aware the students about Cyber related crimes and security. A number of students from different colleges participated and all the qualifying participants who secured more than 50% points were sent printable e-certificates. |
