Early Times Report
SUNDERBANI, June 5: The Synergetic Green Warriors Foundation (SGWF) celebrated World Environment Day at ITI Sunderbani, underscoring its commitment to environmental sustainability. The event was organized by Dogar Nath, Office Secretary of the foundation, under the dynamic leadership of Dr. Sonia Verma, Director of the foundation.
Sumit Kumar of ITI Sunderbani played a proactive role in the event by planting Rudraksh saplings to mark the day. Dogar Nath informed participants about the significance of World Environment Day and the foundation's dedication to environmental causes.
Dr. Sonia Verma highlighted the importance of the day and reiterated the foundation's commitment to greening the surroundings through such vital events. She emphasized the significance of planting Rudraksh saplings, explaining that these efforts are crucial for environmental sustainability. Dr. Verma shared that she personally raised the Rudraksh plants using air layering, a method she has successfully experimented with over three years.
"Our foundation is deeply committed to environmental preservation," said Dr. Verma. "The success of our air layering experiments with Rudraksh plants marks a significant achievement in our efforts to propagate these valuable trees."
The Synergetic Green Warriors Foundation remains devoted to promoting environmental awareness and action, continually engaging communities in initiatives that contribute to a healthier planet. Dr. Verma announced that SGWF is committed to planting at least 20,000 plants every year with the help of a dedicated team of volunteers.
