Five-Day Hindi Workshop Concludes at CUJ

Jammu, June 11: The five-day Hindi Workshop organized for the employees of Central University of Jammu under the Hindi Teaching Scheme of the Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs, concluded successfully.
The workshop aimed to promote the use of Hindi in administrative work and enhance participants’ typing skills in Hindi. Throughout the workshop, attendees were trained in various aspects of Hindi typing techniques, grammar, vocabulary, and the practical use of idioms. Additionally, the workshop focused on the development of administrative language, providing participants with the necessary vocabulary and style to effectively use Hindi in their daily tasks.
Participants were also introduced to various digital tools and software that facilitate Hindi typing and document management. Practical sessions were conducted, allowing participants to practice real administrative tasks, further reinforcing their learning.
Prof. Sanjeev Jain, Vice-Chancellor Central University of Jammu, expressed his satisfaction with the workshop’s outcomes. He emphasized that such initiatives are crucial in promoting the Hindi language and strengthening its role as a national language.
Prof. Jain reiterated his vision of seeing Hindi widely used at the Central University of Jammu not only as a literary and cultural language but also as an administrative and academic language.
The successful conclusion of this workshop marks a significant step towards establishing Hindi as a powerful administrative language, enhancing its role and effectiveness in governmental and institutional operations.
