Civil Defence, Jammu holds wardens meeting

JAMMU, June 15: A meeting of Civil Defence warden/ volunteers was held at Civil Defence Control Room, Jammu in the conference hall which was chaired by Dy. SP. Anita Pawar, Dy. Controller Civil Defence Jammu. The meeting was attended by the following Wardens district Jammu:-
Paramjit Kumar Chief Warden CD, Jammu.
R. Vijay Magotra Dy. Chief Warden CD Jammu
Vinod Kumar Divisional Warden CD, Jammu
Raj Kumar Gupta Divisional Warden CD, Jammu
Swarn Singh Chib, Dy. Div Warden Jammu
S. Harcharn Singh Post Warden CD Jammu
Sat Paul Sharma Post Warden CD, Jammu
Vimal Pandita , Post warden Jammu
Gurdeep Kour , Post warden Jammu
Besides number of Sector wardens/volunteers also attended the wardens meeting.
The main objective of the meeting was to brief the CD Wardens/Volunteers deployed for Shri Amarnathji Yatra Duty 2024 at various Yatra points to assist the Civil Administration during the Yatra. While addressing the meeting Dy. Controller CD Jammu interacted with the CD wardens and appreciated the role of Civil Defence Wardens/ volunteers for their selfless services rendered for the cause of the general public. She urged the Civil Defence wardens to perform their duties with dedication and maintain discipline in their respective points where they have been deployed by the Civil Defence Jammu for Yatra duties.
At the end of the meeting Sh. Paramjit Kumar Chief Warden CD Jammu presented vote of thanks.
