Shiv Sena vows to restore privileges, rights of local people

SRINAGAR, June 17: The people of Jammu and Kashmir have shown a glimpse of their anger in the Lok Sabha elections, the full picture will be seen in the upcoming assembly elections, stated by Shiv Sena (UBT) Jammu and Kashmir unit chief Manish Sahni.
Setting an example of Hindu-Muslim brotherhood on the auspicious occasion of Eid, a delegation of state leaders led by Shiv Sena (UBT) Jammu and Kashmir chief Manish Sahni celebrated Eid with party leaders and workers of Kashmir division today at Ilahi Bagh in Srinagar with the prayer of peace and prosperity in Jammu and Kashmir.
While addressing the media on this occasion, Sahni said that his party and Jammu and Kashmir are victims of the deceit and betrayal of the Central government. While in Maharashtra, Shiv Sena was stripped of its name and symbol and divided into two groups whereas in J&K , Ladakh was separated and state status was taken away.
Our cultural identity and the rights of the sons of the soil are being violated. With the resolve to restore it, the party high command has directed the Jammu and Kashmir unit to contest the elections.
Sahni said that they will contest the elections with the promises of special status to Jammu and Kashmir and restoration of rights of local people, better education, health and employment and with the support received from the public, he is very much sure tol create history in the upcoming assembly elections.
