| One injured in a blast during PDP rally | | | Early Times Report
KISHTWAR, Mar 14: Panic gripped the Kishtwar town on Saturday when an explosion hit a rally held by Peoples Democratic Party, injuring one person seriously.
However, police ruled out possibilities of an attack and said the blast was caused by a fire cracker set off by party activists during the rally this afternoon while according a welcome to newly elected Legislative Council member Asgar Ali.
The injured was identified as Naseer Ahmed and was airlifted to Jammu for treatment, they said. |
