JAMMU, June 21: Under the able guidance of Principal Dr. Sujata Slathia, the staff and NSS volunteers of Government Degree College (GDC) Ghagwal actively participated in a mega Yoga event organized at Narsingh Dam Yog Kendra. The event was held in collaboration with the staff of Accidental Hospital Ghagwal. The Yoga expert, Dr. Rajesh, led the session, creating an invigorating atmosphere of delight and contentment. The participants engaged in meditation and various Yoga asanas, benefiting from the refreshing sessions and the serene environment of the yoga center.
Alongside Principal Dr. Sujata Slathia, the staff members who participated and enjoyed the event included Prof. Ramzan Ali, Prof. Vijay Kumar, Hardev Bhagat, Amrita Sharma, Nisha Rani, and S. Avtar Singh. The event highlighted the importance of Yoga in maintaining physical and mental well-being and showcased the college's commitment to promoting holistic health among its community.
