| Heritage school celebrates Annual Sports Day | | |

Jammu, Mar 15- The Heritage School organized an impressive function on the eve of its Annual Sports Day (K G Section) and Prize Distribution Ceremony for the school here on Sunday at which the Minister for Industries and Commerce S S Salathia was the Chief Guest.
The other important dignitaries present on the occasion were Prof. M R Puri, former Vice Chancellor and Senior Member of Advisory Board , Heritage School, Nasir Aslam Wani, M L A , Nalini Kohli, Principal , Women College , Gandhi Nagar, Jammu and Nirmal Gupta , the Founder Trustee of Heritage School. The program commenced with unfurling of the school Flag by the Chief Guest. The welcome speech was given by the Principal B N Sarkar followed by the presentation of academic report by Ranjana Jamwal, Head of K G Section.
A colourful cultural program including Dance, Dramatics and songs was followed by exclusive sports events of the tiny tots. After a spectacular display by young Heritageans, the Prize Distribution ceremony was conducted to acknowledge the exemplary performance of the students in various fields ranging from Academic, Sports, Dance etc. The most awaited moment was the giving away of the Cock - House - Trophy which was received by the beaming House Prefects and the House Teachers of Dignity House.
