Police Celebrated International Yoga Day in District Ramban

Ramban, June 21 : On the occasion of the 9th International Yoga Day, the Jammu and Kashmir Police in District Ramban celebrated this event with great enthusiasm and participation across all police stations and police posts, including PS Ramban, PS Batote, PS Dharamkund, PS Gool, PS Banihal, PP Ukhral, PP JT, PP Khari, PP Rajgarh, PP Neel, and DPL Ramban.
Under the supervision of SSP Ramban Sh.Anuj Kumar IPS, officers and staff from various units gathered in large numbers to partake in the Yoga sessions.
These sessions, led by trained yoga instructors, began early in the morning and highlighted the profound importance of yoga in our lives.
The instructors elaborated on the numerous benefits of various yoga asanas, emphasizing how they contribute to both the physical and mental well-being of practitioners.
The participation and commitment of the police personnel in these sessions underscore the dedication to maintaining health and wellness within the force, ensuring they are better equipped to serve the community.
