Jammu, Mar15- Former district president of Youth National Conference and a young and energetic leader of border district of Rajouri Tazeem Dar joined Peoples Democratic Party in presence of party patron and former chief minister Mufti Muhammad Sayeed, here today.
Dar, who has been active in politics from his school days, is a law graduate and has always been on the forefront for the common cause of general masses.
Welcoming Dar in the party fold, party patron Mufti Muhammad Sayeed said that youth are the future of the state and nation and they have to come forward and participate actively in the politics. He said that PDP stands for Peace, Development and Prosperity.
Dar assured the party patron that he will not leave any stone unturned for the welfare of the people and will work on the ground level so as to strengthen the party base in the remote areas of Rajouri district.
