SAMBA, June 26: NCORD Cell of Shri Pandit Prem Nath Dogra Govt Degree College Samba pledged"Say Yes to Life, No to Drugs" to commemorate International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit trafficking . This event aimed to raise awareness about the harmful effects of drug abuse and reinforce our commitment to creating a drug-free community. On this occasion Principal of the college Prof. (Dr.) Twinkle Suri highlighted the significance of this day and encouraged students to lead by example, promoting healthy and drug-free lifestyles as drugs remain the root of immeasurable human suffering.At every turn, the most vulnerable people including youngsters suffer the worst effects of this crisis.
After taking pledge about 50 students of the college attended Signature Campaign at District Administrative Complex Samba under Nasha Mukht Bharat Abhiyan. GDC Samba remains dedicated to fostering a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for all its students and staff.The whole event was organised by NCord Officer, Dr. Papinder Bhagat. |
