JAMMU, June 26: With only a few days left before the newly enacted criminal laws are implemented nationwide, the Press Information Bureau, Jammu, will organize a Mini Vartalap tomorrow (Thursday). This event, to be held at the Press Club, Jammu, aims to shed light on the significance of the Bharativa Nyaya Sanhita, 2023; Bharativa Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023; and Bharativa Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023, and create awareness about these legislations. The Mini Vartalap will also provide a platform for discussing these changes and their implications, highlighting the government's commitment to enhancing the judicial system and ensuring timely justice for all citizens.
The implementation of these new laws marks a transformative shift in India's criminal justice system, ushering in a new era for the Indian judiciary. Scheduled to come into force on July 1, 2024, these laws will bring about significant changes, ensuring a more efficient and technology-driven judicial process.
