SLCA organizes "Nukkad Natak" to Mark International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking

JAMMU, June 29: In a significant effort to raise awareness about the dangers of drug abuse and illicit trafficking, SLCA J&K organized a "Nukkad Natak" as part of the observance of International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking. The event was held in collaboration with the National Institute of Social Defence (NISD) under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India.
The street play, or "Nukkad Natak," was staged at multiple locations across the region, drawing substantial crowds and engaging the community in a dialogue about the perils of drug addiction and the importance of a drug-free society. The performances were crafted to resonate with diverse audiences, emphasizing the impact of drugs on individuals, families, and communities.
