SRINAGAR, June 29: Dr. Syed Darakhshan Andrabi, Chairperson of the J&K Waqf Board (MoS), addressed a large gathering at the Seerat Conference held at New Bonvivant English School, Aali Masjid Hawal. The event saw the participation of numerous delegates, school staff, and students, emphasizing the timeless teachings of Prophet Mohammed (SAW).
In her address as the Chief Guest, Dr. Andrabi underscored the necessity of imparting the Prophet's message of peace, harmony, and moral excellence to the younger generation. "The prophet of Islam gave the message of peace and harmony to the whole of humanity, and this message remains relevant across all ages and for the entire world. To bestow our new generation with a life filled with peace, compassion, and tolerance, it is essential to teach them the messages from Prophet Mohammed (SAW)," she stated.
Dr. Andrabi highlighted that the teachings of Prophet Mohammed (SAW) are a boon for humanity, providing a path to a blissful and inclusive life. "We can transcend narrow and fragmented thought processes by adhering to the teachings of the Prophet of Peace. Such interactive programs involving young minds are crucial for fostering a just, peaceful, and progressive society where morality and spirituality guide us," she added.
The conference served as a platform to reiterate the importance of the Prophet's teachings in contemporary society, aiming to inspire the younger generation to lead lives rooted in peace and moral integrity. Dr. Andrabi's message resonated with the audience, emphasizing the enduring relevance of the Prophet's guidance in promoting a harmonious and inclusive world.
