SRINAGAR, June 30: Dr. Karan Singh, former Member of Parliament and former Sadr-i-Riyasat (President) of the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir, has extended his heartfelt greetings to all Amarnath Yatris on the commencement of the sacred pilgrimage. In his message, he prayed to Lord Shiva for the safety, peace, and success of all pilgrims undertaking this spiritual journey.

Dr. Karan Singh also took the opportunity to congratulate the Indian Cricket Team on their remarkable victory in the T20 World Cup. Under the Captainship of Rohit Sharma, the Indian team secured a historic win in what has been described as one of the most exciting matches in cricket history.
