Jammu, Mar16- Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) may move privilege motion against former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister and National Conference president Dr. Farooq Abdullah for leveling allegations against recently elected Member of Legislative Council Syed Rafiq Shah. “National Conference is aghast over the success of Rafiq as MLC and is trying to raise non-existent issues for defaming JKNPP,’’ Balwant Singh Mankotia, MLA Udhampur and JKNPP leader told media persons here today. Mankotia alleged that Dr Farooq was responsible for creating mess in the state and he has been the co-founder member of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) in 1974, along with Amanullah Khan. “Creation of JKLF forced the migration of lakhs of people from various parts of the state,’’ the MLA said adding that NC was trying to rake up controversies to hide party’s failure to win all the seats of MLCs.
