| NC says no Rajouri activist joined PDP | | |

Jammu, March 16: National Conference Provincial president Rattan Lal Gupta has refuted the news item titled ‘NC leader joins PDP’ appeared in a section of press on Monday and said that the person claimed to be the YNC district president Rajouri is not even basic member of National Conference.
One Tazeem Dar had joined the Peoples Democratic Party Sunday in presence of party patron Mufti Mohammad Sayeed. He had claimed that he was district vice president of the Youth National Conference. The NC, however, has said that the such person was not even remotely connected with the party.
In a statement issued here today, NC provincial president said that PDP is befooling the masses with naming even a common man as National Conference leader, and one can understand as how frustrated PDP is.
