Kathua, July 3: In a shocking incident, a young man from Govindsar was kidnapped and brutally mutilated in Jalandhar.
The youth, who worked as a driver for a transgender individual, went missing two days ago.
According to local sources, on the evening of July 1, two individuals approached the youth, informing him that someone named Maai from Ward No. 10 was calling for him. The youth went with them but did not return.
The following morning, an inquiry revealed that the youth was not with Maai and his whereabouts were A young man from Govindsar was kidnapped and brutally mutilated in Jalandhar.
The youth, who worked as a driver for a transgender individual, went missing two days ago.
It was discovered that the young man had been found in Jalandhar with severe injuries.
His private parts had been cut. He was immediately admitted to Kathua GMC.
Station House Officer Kathua Ajay Chib while talking to Early Times said, “The victim used to stay with transgenders.
Ones, whom he used to stay with are alleging that he (victim) was taken away by another party and they have cut his private part.”
Police have registered a FIR No. 202 under sections 140,118 and 3/5 of BNS and investigations are on. |
