| JKNPP extends full support to UATA | | | EARLY TIMES REPORTER JAMMU | SEPT 21 The Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party, Panthers Students Union and Panthers Trade Union has extended its full support and solidarity with on going hunger strike of Unemployed Agricultural Technocrats Association. In a handout Saleem Sheikh state General Secretary PSU said that he visited the on going huger strike of UATA out side Divisional Commissioner Office where he met the Association leaders and was apprised about the plights of the association. He said that the demands put forth by the associations through memorandum are quite genuine and he demanded immediate redressal of the same. The condition of the leaders of the said association sitting on hunger strike has gone from bad to worse. Sheikh further demanded immediate intervention of Chief Minister in the matter so that any unpleasant happening is avoided. Mohd. Farooq Block President Young Panthers Budhal also expressed his resentment over the ill functioning of higher authorities to wards the miseries faced by the UATA. Others who support included Sewa Singh Bali, State Joint Secretary PTU, Manzor Qazi, Anil Dutta, Prakash vir Singh.
