Early Times Report
JAMMU, July 10: Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh hold press conference against the dictatorship of J&K Cooperative Housing Corporation Ltd Jammu while addressing the media Harbans Choudhary senior leader of BMS and in charge Private/ Public sector has criticized the management particularly MD of the housing corporation Bharat Bushan for illegally terminating the services of the low paid employees of our affiliated union namely Jammu Province Cooperative Housing Corporation employees union members those who did not become the party in the wrong deeds of the management as the housing corporation has created numbers of housing societies in different locations only on papers. The terminated employees alleged that management have charged huge money from the plot holders but in fact in maximum colonies no any specific plots in the colonies has been carved out nor has made boundary walls of the colonies and even no road connectivity, water connections and electricity infrastructure has been provided . The management was annoyed as whenever the customers who have paid moneys for plots came on the site for checking the status of their plots and other facilities and when they see only a chunk of land but no demarcations of plots or boundary walls and enquire about their plots and argued with the field staff and when the employee deputed there says kindly talk with the management and management was annoyed with our reply to customers and MD always pressurize the field staff that we have to satisfy the customers
It is alleged that the housing corporation MD was so annoyed that instead of giving our increments he has given compulsory retirement to field staff and thrown out the poor employees from service in grave violations of service rules without any misconduct, enquiry, or charges against the service rules whereas he has himself attained retirement age 4 years ago but still enjoying the service by manipulating the board members
it is also alleged that poor workers also made written appeal to the registrar cooperative and also met personally but no any reply was given on the grievances of workers by the Registrar. BMS alleged that there are so many irregularities in allotment of plots and BMS appeals to Honble LG JK -UT and Sh. Amit Shah Honble Home Minister and Minister of Cooperative for to conduct CBI enquiry as state ACB has also initiated enquiry for bad loan.
The press conference was also addressed by Ashok Choudhary, sangathan mantri, Subash Chhander, Ramesh Malhotra, Chuni Lal Kuldeep Raj and Karnail Chhand anong others
